Ms. Anukrita is an RCI licensed Rehabilitation Psychologist with an experience of 3+ years of working in different settings including clinical, educational and community settings. Her experience entails working with children, teens, and adults across all age groups.

She follows an integrative approach to devise intervention strategies for each patient for their holistic development with an aim to help clients to identify—emotional, mental and behavioral struggles—in their lives.

Her areas of expertise include working with clients of common mental disorders with help of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Art based Interventions, Mindfulness, Relaxation Therapy, Behavioural Therapy, Family Therapy, Client Centered Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy. She has also dealt with the patients of Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Depression, Mania, Bipolar disorder, Alcohol Dependence, Substance Use disorders, Personality Disorders, Autism and Conduct Disorder.
