1. Lie flat in a comfortable position.
3.Breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose into your abdomen to push up your hands as much as it feels comfortable.
2. Put one hand on your belly just below your RIBS & the other hand on your hands fall naturally as you breathe in & out.
4. Breathe out through pursed lips make an "o" shape with your lips - and blow like you are blowing bubbles.
5. Notice the hands on your belly go inwards as the air gets pushed. Out do this three to 10 times or for 5 to 10 minutes , Taking your time with each breath.
6. Make note of how you feel & if there is any difference from how you felt at the begnning compared to the end.
1.This exercise could be done laying down or sitting up to help destress or relax & go to sleep easier.
2.Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosing sound.
3. Close your mouth & inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of four( 1,2,3,4).
4. How your breath for a count of seven (1,2,3,4,5,6,7).
5. Exhale completely through your mouth to a count of eight (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) making sure that you have completely exhaled by the time you have reached eight
6. Repeat the cycle three more times for a total four breaths.
