Ms. Hardika
Clinical Psychologist (RCI)Hardika is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology. She is trained in comprehensive psychological assessment and provides evidence-based psychological interventions and psychotherapy to adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, personality-related concerns, substance use disorders, stress, and life transitions.
She has experience in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and family-caregiver interventions, recognising the important role families play in supporting recovery and long-term well-being. Believing that every individual is unique, she follows an eclectic, evidence-based approach, thoughtfully tailoring therapy to each person’s needs, strengths, values, and goals. Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all model, she integrates interventions from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based interventions, relapse prevention, supportive and group interventions along other evidence-based approaches to provide person centred care.
Hardika believes that meaningful change is best achieved through a collaborative partnership between the individual, their family, and the therapist. She works from a holistic, person-centred perspective, helping individuals not only reduce psychological distress but also build resilience, strengthen relationships, achieve greater independence, and enhance their overall well-being. She believes that every individual possesses the capacity for growth and resilience, and that with the right support, guidance, and a trusting therapeutic relationship, meaningful change is always possible.
She views therapy as a collaborative journey, working alongside individuals and their families to foster insight, build on existing strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and promote long-term recovery, resilience, and independence.
Her goal is to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where individuals feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.
