Dr. Sameer Guliani is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Tulasi Healthcare, Gurgaon. With over a decade of specialised global experience, he offers expert care in managing complex psychological, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental conditions in children and young adults.

He completed MBBS and MD Psychiatry from Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun and Dr. DY Patil University, Pune respectively. He ranked first in both MBBS and MD university examinations, and was awarded the Gold medal for his postgraduate training. Dr Guliani was the winner of National Torrent Young Scholar Award in Psychiatry (2014).

Dr. Guliani possesses comprehensive professional experience across premier healthcare institutions in both India and the United Kingdom. He began his consultant career at Fortis Healthcare, New Delhi, serving from 2015 to 2017, before moving to the UK to pursue further training. There, he initially completed the MTI Psychiatry Fellowship Maudsley the Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust and earned his membership status (MRCPsych) through the Royal College of Psychiatrists, London.

Dr. Guliani further pursued advanced specialisation in the UK, obtaining his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from the prestigious South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

Dr Guliani has worked in intensive inpatient ward settings and comprehensive outpatient clinics, enabling him to manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic presentations.

He has worked within premier multi-disciplinary teams, providing targeted, evidence-based interventions for complex neurodevelopmental and psychiatric conditions. His clinical expertise includes the evaluation and management of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).Additionally, he possesses vast experience in crisis intervention, stabilising acute mental health emergencies and managing severe mood disorders and psychosis.

Dr Guliani is a Life Member of the Indian Psychiatric Society and the Indian Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
